Terrible customer service i came here to get my tires changed last week i was told one price on the phone and when i get here they charged me $1400 without speaking to me about the price before they even put the new tires. Then after driving not even 20 minutes the “brand new tire” it popped on the way home it was completely flat. I called them and they said they couldn’t do anything until the next day so i had to pay another 150 to get that tire replaced at a different shop where they told me the tire was no good and that i had just gotten scammed. i come here the next week after being in contact with these people because they owe me good tires like i paid for and one of them started arguing with me and being very disrespectful and aggressive. They refused to give me new tires and now im stuck with bad used tires that i paid with my hard earned money. These people are scammers and very unprofessional if i could give 0 stars i would

I had a great experience at this tire shop. JP was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things clearly. The crew was professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about doing quality work. I was especially impressed with their tire repair technique..it gave me a lot of confidence in the work they performed. It’s not often you find a team that combines expertise with such great customer service. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends. JP clearly knows his industry, and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask him questions or return for future service. Thank you for taking such good care of my car!

These guys are PHENOMENAL. I personally came to JNJ from northern CT for a rare set of Lamborghini tires. I got them at a fair price & went home. I got them mounted & unfortunately their was a small issue. I called up and the owner personally drove me from NEW JERSEY a replacement. I can’t speak any more highly about JNJ and how great they were to me. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! 5 stars my friend! See you again!

All it took was a couple of great reviews on Facebook for me to reach out. I sent them a message on Facebook and was in contact with the owner, Jessica, right away. She kindly gave me all the information I needed about their services and availability. From the first phone call to scheduling the appointment and getting the installation done, the entire process was absolutely pleasant and enjoyable. I’m really happy with everything! I’m looking forward to continuing my Jeep Wrangler mod journey with them. I highly recommend this company and wish them continued success and growth!
